A law firm seeks an Inventory Attorney for its Complex Litigation group in Orlando, FL. This role involves managing the operational aspects of large-scale tort cases, ensuring seamless execution from pre-filing to post-filing stages. The attorney will collaborate with the Chief Operations Counsel and mentor a team of paralegals, ensuring client cases progress efficiently and effectively.

Duties

• Manage the full deadline lifecycle across a large case inventory.
• Ensure filing readiness and strategic case selection.
• Oversee discovery workflow execution and compliance.
• Serve as a quality control checkpoint for court rules and filing protocols.
• Support motion practice workflows and trial preparation.
• Mentor a team of paralegals and case managers.
• Enhance the client experience through effective communication and empathy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.
• Experience in complex or high-volume litigation environments.
• Familiarity with federal and state procedures.
• Proficiency with CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and ideally Litify.
• Bar admission in at least one U.S. state required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
